Metal Detectable Plastic Cable Ties

We now offer Nylon 6,6 cable ties that have been impregnated with detectable metal. These cable ties can be detected with metal detectors or x-ray machines for use in the food, bevarage and pharmaceitucal industries. The reason for the metal in the Nylon cable ties is for easy detection prior to packaging to avoid potential product contamination. Just like our standard nylon cable ties, these metal impregnated cable ties consist of a one-piece design with a low-thread force locking head to allow for easy and reliable installation, improving productivity and reducing operator fatigue. The unique light blue color provides contrast in color to black conveyor belts. This allows for easy, quick identification, reducing contamination and thus, product waste.
